01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bmw.33 ("bmw.33," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bmw.33 online gaming platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bmw.33 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the bmw.33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and bmw.33 policy. No exceptions will be made.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bmw.33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bmw.33 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

bmw.33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bmw.33 may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) bmw.33 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your bmw.33 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Not share your account access with any third party, including family members.
• Notify bmw.33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bmw.33 account, whether or not you authorized such activity. bmw.33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

bmw.33 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Payments

bmw.33 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks
• Additional payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bmw.33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be reversed and the associated bmw.33 account may be suspended pending investigation.

bmw.33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits are credited to your bmw.33 account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

All funds deposited into your bmw.33 account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. bmw.33 does not pay interest on account balances.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your bmw.33 account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification includes identity, age, and payment method confirmation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully played through before the relevant portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
• bmw.33 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.

bmw.33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. In such cases, bmw.33 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bmw.33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• bmw.33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bmw.33 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

• bmw.33 games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bmw.33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• bmw.33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, software fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• bmw.33 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily suspended at any time.

For live dealer games, additional rules apply as communicated by the dealer and displayed on-screen. Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in live game environments. Abusive behavior directed at dealers or other players will result in removal from the game and may result in account suspension.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bmw.33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to bmw.33 immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bmw.33 staff, dealers, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bmw.33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of bmw.33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from bmw.33.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any bmw.33 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of bmw.33 intellectual property may result in legal action. bmw.33 actively monitors for and enforces its intellectual property rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmw.33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bmw.33's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on the Platform.

bmw.33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bmw.33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your bmw.33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

bmw.33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• At bmw.33's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to bmw.33's interests or applicable regulations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bmw.33 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bmw.33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bmw.33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bmw.33 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.
